Privacy policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
At recentare.dev we take the privacy of our visitors seriously. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller
- Controller: recentare.dev
- Email: [email protected]
- Website: https://recentare.dev/en
2. What data we process
Browsing this website does not require registration or the submission of personal data. We only process personal data when you decide to get in touch with us:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write to us, together with the date on which you accepted this policy.
- WhatsApp or email: the contact details and information you provide to us so we can prepare a proposal or quote.
3. Purpose of processing
- Responding to your enquiries and requests for information.
- Preparing and sending you proposals and quotes for the requested services.
- Managing, where applicable, the resulting business relationship (engagement, development and delivery of the project).
We do not use your data to send you advertising, nor do we use it for profiling.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you request a quote, and your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance checkbox on the form or by voluntarily contacting us through any other channel.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if an engagement is formalised, for the duration of the business relationship and the applicable legal periods (tax obligations, warranties, etc.). It is then deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. Form data is stored in our own systems, hosted with providers that act as data processors under the safeguards required by the GDPR. Note that if you contact us via WhatsApp, the communication takes place through the services of WhatsApp LLC (Meta group), whose processing is governed by its own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to request the deletion of your data.
- Objection and restriction: to object to the processing or ask for it to be restricted.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise them, write to us at [email protected] attaching a copy of your identity document or an equivalent means of proving your identity. If you believe we have not handled your rights correctly, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access, such as encrypted communications (HTTPS), system access controls and backups, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to new legislation or changes in our services. The current version will always be published on this page.
10. Contact
For any questions about this policy or about the processing of your data, write to us at [email protected] or through the contact page.
